After a 25-year experience in the business world (as a lawyer, company auditor and company manager), I have devoted myself fully to coaching . Coaching is my great passion because it allows me to fully realise my mission of challenging people to evolution and growth. I firmly believe in people’s potential and find it a great privilege to assist people in realising their dreams and goals. In order to spread the coaching attitude based on equality, which is the basis of coaching, even further, I have worked very actively and intensively for some 10 years as lead trainer in a professional ICF-certified coaching course. This has enabled me to become proficient and certified in the coaching profession to the highest level (MCC- ICF). From a very strong idealism and fascination for the coaching profession, I consciously chose to focus all of my professional career on professionalising coaching. Putting my money where my mouth is, I therefore became the first female Master Certified Coach (MCC) at the ICF for the Benelux. After several experiences in creating short- and long-term coaching courses, I was able to realise my big dream together with several other colleagues, to establish and develop an ICF-certified coaching course. I am currently working out the next level of my dream from my postgraduate degree in Organisational Supervision at Ashridge University in the form of professional supervisions for coaches and consultants. Along with bringing down the ultimate version of the ICF Certifying coaching course “Certified Coach Program”, these supervisions are taking the coaching profession to an even higher level. I consider it a great honour that I have been able to supervise so many PCCs and MCCs on their journey to “the next level”.
