Certification Module

• Anyone who has completed the CCP – Fundamentals Module and the CCP – Advanced Module.

• In this module, you will prepare to obtain the ICF PCC certificate.
• You will have an extra group of mentor-coaching where you will dot the “i’s”, and where all open questions are welcome, prior to your certification interview.

• This module is the culmination of a journey you took through CCP Fundamentals and CCP Advanced.
• You will be guided in achieving the PCC competency level at ICF.
• We provide group mentor coaching for each of you. You can join any group as these are great learning opportunities.
• You will learn from specialists and from your fellow students.
• The group consists of a maximum of 16 people and mentor-coaching runs in groups of up to 4 people per half-day.
• You complete a written integration exercise, where all the pieces of the puzzle of the whole course can come together.
• You will create a reflective record of your development journey as a coach, which will give you the opportunity to enjoy your victories.
• You do a verbal coaching exercise, with an unprecedented coachee as the final piece.
• You will receive feedback on all elements in a comprehensive report, prepared by MCC coaches.
• You conclude with your colleagues in a fun festive moment.

To participate in this module, you must first have completed the CCP – Fundamentals Module and the CCP – Advanced Module.
